Primado SB is a red wine dedicated to the family's young successors, Sofia and Benedita.
It was presented in 2022, the year Sofia and Primado celebrated their eighteenth anniversary. Also young, this red is vibrant, bold and challenging. Created with a differentiating spirit from Primado Red, it is a wine with no contact with wood and short stages.

Pre-fermentative maceration and fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel press with foot treading.
Ageing
9 months in stainless steel and 12 months in bottle
Notes
Tinta Roriz and its sublime colour with its bright violet hues are immediately appealing. A wine made in a wine press with foot treading, it retains its reductive character with fresh notes of red fruit and blackberry. Its vegetal side remains, as it has no oxidative evolution. Bottled after 9 months in stainless steel vats, it is a very genuine varietal representation of this grape variety. Young, elegant and with soft tannins, it's a delicious wine that can also be drunk on its own.

Food pairing
Excellent for pairing with starters or appetizers, sausages, cheeses, mushrooms, pasta, light meats, sushi and some fish dishes such as cod, salmon or tuna.
Serve between 14ºC and 16ºC.
