Notes
The scarlet hue results from the saignée method, with the must drawn off after skin contact.
Intense fruit aromas fascinate on the nose. You can feel the soft sweetness of lime blossom and hints of peach and blackberry, with spices also present.
In the mouth, it's delicious and addictive. You can feel the structure, the body and the presence of discreet tannins. Gluttonous and fat, this wine retains its elegance on a long finish provided by freshness and acidity.
The dominance and robustness of Touriga Nacional are clearly evident and beautifully balanced by the elegance of other grape varieties, particularly Tinta Roriz.

Food pairing
Its characteristics make it gastronomically very versatile. It goes well with fish, seafood, sushi, sashimi and curry dishes. However, its structure also allows it to harmonise with some meats, particularly grilled meats. It is also a wonderful companion to a wide range of desserts.
